DAF Trucks Polska is further strengthening their sales to customers via their dealer network and is looking for a
Service Support Manager
Tasks:
• Manage all administrative and commercial aspects of Repair & Maintenace Contracts,
Telematics Services & International Truck Service toward the dealers and customers.
• Provide calculations, prepare offers and contracts and take care of control the correct
processing.
• Register and administer all services, offers, contracts and other documentation on local
level.
• Support and provide training and presentations for dealers and customers.
• Initiate, develop and support all promotional activities to support the business.
• Manage all administrative & technical aspects of Services Campaigns
• ISO process management within the company.
The ideal candidate should meet the following conditions:
• Technical University graduated, Automotive or Mechanical.
• At least 3-5 years experience in automotive or related industry in the Polish market.
• Experience on similar position will be a great advantage.
• Dynamic, mobile, ready for challenge and results driven.
• Analytical skills, strategic way of thinking combined with a “hands-on” pragmatic
commercially oriented approach, practical problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Business administration education is an additional advantage.
• Polish should be mothers tongue, but fluency in English (reading and writing) is a must.
• Computer literacy.
