Service Operation Engineer (C&EE)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sustain, audit and maintain garage network DDC,
- Provide trainings for technician and distributors,
- Support warranty claims process,
- Diagnostic tool sales support,
- Technical support for distributors and partners in case of FIS (Fuel Injection Systems), spare parts and authorized network development.
Essential requirements :
- The function requires an individual with a high level of technical aptitude,
- Practica l experience in providing technical trainings,
- Advanced knowledge of Diesel Engine is welcome,
- Appropriate interpersonal styles to work independently and effectively with team members,
- University degree in business, marketing or related field,
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience on relevant position, preferably in an international context,
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & result oriented attitude,
- Fluent English is a must , Russian, Ger man – optional,
- Travel as required.
