Job Tittle: Key Account Manager Automotive Milwaukee Poland
Department: Sales Department
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager Transportation MILWAUKEE CEE      
Location: Filed Based Poland

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts for power tools in Transportation (Automotive / Rail / Aviation / Marine) industry
  • Developing day-to-day market share
  • Plan and manage own selling process (presentations, offering, price and contracts negotiations)
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Close cooperation with marketing team in case of trade marketing, marketing/sales materials, e-commerce support for dedicated business partners
  • Cooperation with international Team

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ successful experience in Automotive Aftermarket (achieving targets)
  • Ideally experience in or knowledge of Automotive Industry
  • Determination to build a career with a forward thinking business
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated and able to recognise new business opportunities
  • Excellent planning and time management/priorities skills
  • Strong IT skills e.g. CRM, SAP, QlickView, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet other tools to analyse prices/sales activity in Internet etc
  • English – B2 level (minimum)
  • Technical education (an advantage)
  • Clean Driving License
